Osuuspankin tilimme poistuu käytöstä vuoden 2026 lopussa. Pyydämme maksamaan vuokran heinäkuusta 2026 alkaen uudelle tilille. Laskun viitenumero säilyy samana. Muista viitenumero vuokraa maksaessasi, jotta maksu kohdistuu oikealle sopimukselle!

Vanha tili toimii 31.12.2026 saakka, ja sinne tänä vuonna tehdyt maksut siirtyvät automaattisesti uudelle Nordean tilille, jos maksat vuokran epähuomiossa vanhoilla tiedoilla. Suosittelemme kuitenkin siirtymistä uuden tilinumeron käyttöön mahdollisimman pian.
Editoitu 11.6.: Uusi tilinumero on muutettu Kelan järjestelmiin, joten uutta tilinumeroa ei tarvitse ilmoittaa Kelaan.Jos Kela maksaa etuuttasi suoraan Kotkan Asunnoille, muista ilmoittaa tilinumero Kelaan. Jos olet tilannut verkkopankissa e-laskun tai asettanut verkkopankkiin suoramaksun, tilinumero vaihtuu niihin automaattisesti. Jos olet sopinut omassa pankissasi toistuvaismaksusta, ilmoita uusi tilinumero pankkiisi.
Emme lähetä uusia vuokranmaksulaskuja loppuvuodelle 2026. Jos tarvitset uuden laskun, voit pyytää sen asiakaspalvelustamme. Vuoden 2027 vuokranmaksulaskut uudella tilinumerolla lähetetään loppuvuodesta.

Our Osuuspankki account will be discontinued at the end of 2026. Please pay your rent to the new account starting from July 2026. Your payment reference number will remain unchanged. Remember to use the reference number when paying your rent, so that the payment is allocated to the correct tenancy agreement!

The old account will remain active until 31 December 2026, and any payments made to it will be automatically transferred to the new Nordea account, if you accidentally pay your rent to the old account. However, we recommend switching to the new account number as soon as possible.
Updated on 11 June: The new bank account number has now been updated in Kela’s systems, so you no longer need to notify Kela of the change.If Kela pays your housing benefit or other benefit directly to Kotkan Asunnot, please remember to notify Kela of the new account number. If you receive your invoice as an e-invoice or have set up direct payment through your online banking service, the account number will be updated automatically. If you have arranged a recurring payment with your bank, please contact your bank to update it with the new account number.
We will not issue new rent payment invoices for the remainder of 2026. If you need a new invoice, please contact our customer service. Rent payment invoices for 2027, showing the new account number, will be sent out towards the end of the year.
